Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- chili powder (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 12 large shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 150 g chorizo
Instructions

Squeeze the juice of the lime. Mix with honey, oil, paprika, chili, sesame, salt and pepper, tasting for spiciness.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Slice the sausage into 12 rounds and skewer them alternately with shrimp on wooden sticks. Brush with a little sauce and grill over high heat, turning each side for 2-3 minutes. Drizzle with remaining sauce before serving.
