Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml sparkling water
  • oil (for frying)
  • 450 g frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 60 g pine nuts
  • 100 g sheep cheese (cubed)
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tsp seasoned broth

Instructions

    Whisk all dough ingredients together and let rest. Thaw the spinach. Peel, halve, and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat oil and sauté the pine nuts with the onion and garlic cubes. Add the spinach and let it wilt.

    Bake four pancakes from the dough, spread each with the spinach filling, sprinkle with sheep cheese, roll up, and cut into ~3 cm pieces. Mix all dip ingredients, season to taste. Arrange pancake pieces on plates with dip and serve hot.
