Spicy Yogurt Smoothie

A very refreshing smoothie low in calories. Yogurt adds a dose of bone‑strengthening calcium to the glass.
Ingredients
- 0.5 lime
- 3 sprigs Mint
- 3 sprigs cilantro
- 100 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 ml sparkling water (ice cold)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions

Squeeze the lime and pour the juice into a tall vessel.

Rinse and dry the mint and cilantro. Pick off the leaves from one sprig of cilantro and set aside; roughly chop the rest with the mint and add to the lime juice.

Add yogurt, salt, pepper, and ice cubes, then blend well with an immersion blender. Pour into a glass, top with sparkling water, and stir. Garnish with cilantro leaves and sprinkle with cardamom if desired.
