Papaya-Maracuja Smoothie

Papaya-Maracujá Smoothie: Delicious smoothie that can replace a snack. Just one glass of this tasty smoothie covers more than your daily vitamin C requirement.

Ingredients

  • 200 g small ripe papaya (1 small ripe papaya)
  • 1 maracujá
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 75 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 125 ml mineral water (ice cold)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash the papaya, dry it, peel it, cut in half and remove seeds with a spoon.

    Cut two thin slivers from the fruit flesh and set aside; cube the rest of the papaya.

    Halve the maracujá and scoop out the pulp with a spoon.

  4. 4.

    Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves and set some aside. Roughly chop the rest and place in a tall container.

    Add the papaya cubes, maracujá pulp, and yogurt; blend to a frothy consistency with an immersion blender. Add mineral water and blend briefly again. Pour into glasses over ice cubes, garnish with papaya slivers and mint leaves.
