Spicy Turkey Roulade Skewers

Savory turkey roulade skewers: tender turkey meat wrapped in Mediterranean flavors. The turkey cutlets are made from high-quality protein and contain very little fat.

Ingredients

  • 100 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 2 sprigs sage
  • 400 g large thin turkey cutlets (4 large thin cutlets)
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Drain the tomatoes in a small sieve, catching 2 tbsp of the tomato oil. Slice the tomatoes into strips.

    Wash the sage, shake off excess water and pluck the leaves.

  3. 3.

    Rinse the turkey cutlets, pat dry and season both sides with salt and cayenne pepper. Top each cutlet with tomato strips and sage leaves.

    Roll the turkey cutlets tightly and slice each into 3 pieces. Skewer three pieces onto each skewer.

    Brush the meat all over with the reserved tomato oil and grill on a hot grill for about 4 minutes per side.
