Champignon-Basilisk Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
- 40 g basilisk (1 handful)
- 4 sprigs of herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme)
- 40 g parmesan (1 piece)
- 40 medium mushrooms
- 400 g cream cheese (5% fat)
- Salt
- a splash of lemon juice
- Pepper
- 40 g Parma ham (4 slices)
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Wash and dry the basilisk. Wash the herbs, dry them, and pluck off the leaves. Finely chop the basilisk and herbs. Grate the Parmesan. Clean the mushrooms and remove their stems. Finely chop the stems and mix with basilisk, Parmesan, and herbs into the cream cheese. Season with salt, a splash of lemon juice, and pepper.

Cut Parma ham lengthwise in half and wrap each mushroom with it. Stuff the mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture and skewer them on 8 wooden skewers so that the openings are closed. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the mushrooms over medium heat, turning occasionally for about 10 minutes.
