Spicy Soy Shake

Soy shake with turmeric: Provides 1/5 of the daily calcium requirement. Calcium helps blood clot quickly when we are injured.
Ingredients
- 2 Stalks Mint
- 150 ml soy drink (soy milk) (1.2% fat)
- 0.5 tsp Madras curry powder
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- Also: ice cubes

Rinse the mint, shake dry, pluck leaves and set aside a few. Finely chop the remaining mint.

Add soy drink with chopped mint, curry, turmeric, and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker (or a container with a tight screw cap) and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass, garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy immediately.
