Spicy Pineapple-Carrot Drink

A fiery refreshment from Spoonsparrow: sip by sip, a spicy non-alcoholic aperitif that will awaken your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 300 g large carrots (2 large carrots)
  • 1 piece pineapple (about 300 g flesh)
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 stems coriander
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

    Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into pieces.

    Peel the pineapple and roughly chop it.

  3. 3.

    Clean the chili pepper, remove seeds, wash, and roughly chop it.

  4. 4.

    Squeeze the lime. Wash the coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves, and chop them.

  5. 5.

    Juice the carrots, pineapple, and chili in a juicer, pour into a glass with ice cubes. Stir in lime juice and garnish with coriander.
