Radish-Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200 g radishes
  • 200 g salad cucumber (1 salad cucumber)
  • 600 ml buttermilk
  • 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 6 stalks chives

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the radishes and cucumber. Slice two radishes into thin strips and set aside. Peel the cucumber, cut it lengthwise in half, remove the seeds with a spoon, and dice the flesh.

    Add the radishes and cucumber to a blender with 200 ml buttermilk and blend until smooth. Mix in the remaining buttermilk and yogurt, then season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
