Cucumber Apple Banana Shake

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 Banana
- 4 tart apples (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 1 bunch parsley
- 0.5 cucumber
- mineral water (to top up)
- 10 ice cubes
Instructions

Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Peel the banana and dice it into small pieces. Wash, core, quarter the apples and dice the flesh finely. Mix the apples with the banana cubes and lemon juice.

Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop. Clean, peel, halve lengthwise, deseed and cut the cucumber into bite‑sized pieces. Thread three cucumber pieces onto each of four wooden skewers.

Blend the remaining cucumber pieces with fruit, parsley and ice until smooth. Divide among four glasses, top up with mineral water to desired consistency and garnish with a cucumber skewer on each glass.
