Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 100 ml Orange Juice
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 basil leaves

Instructions

    Peel the oranges, cut into small pieces, catching the juice and add everything with orange juice to a stand mixer.

    Clean, wash, and chop the tomatoes and add them to the mixer. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash, chop, and also add them to the mixer.

    Season with pepper and soy sauce, blend as finely as possible, pour into glasses. Wash basil leaves and garnish each drink with one basil leaf.
