- 500 g Tagliatelle
- Salz
- Pfeffer
- 50 ml Olivenöl
- 1 EL Butter
- 4 rote Chilischoten
- 1 unbehandelte Zitrone
- 50 g Rucola- oder Spinatblätter

Wash the lemon hot, dry it and zest the peel. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Cook the Tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile wash the chili, deseed, remove the stem and finely chop the flesh. Rinse the arugula leaves, wash them and let them drain.
