Ingredients

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 500 g mixed mushrooms (e.g., Mu-Err, Porcini, Wood ear)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

    Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

    Clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Wash, peel, and dice the zucchini. Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Sauté the mushrooms in hot oil for about 3 minutes in a large pan. Add the garlic and zucchini and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Drain the pasta, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsley, and serve on plates.
