Ingredients

  • 350 g green Japanese buckwheat noodles
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp wasabi paste
  • 400 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 400 g Tofu
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Cut the tofu into cubes, mix with soy sauce and marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles and beans until al dente.

    Drain the tofu and fry it in hot oil until golden on all sides.

    Drain the noodles and beans, toss well with wasabi paste, plate, and add the tofu on top.
