Ingredients

  • 40 ml Kirschwasser
  • 400 g Kirschcremeeis
  • 400 g Vanilleeis
  • 40 g gehackte Zartbitterschokolade
  • 1 Bund Minze
  • 1 TL Pfefferminzlikör

Instructions

    Whisk the vanilla ice cream with an electric hand mixer until creamy. Pour into a mold, spread evenly to create a thick layer, and freeze for at least 1 hour.

    Cut the cherry ice cream into large pieces, whisk again with the mixer until creamy, then fold in chopped chocolate and Kirschwasser. Fill the center of the mold.

    Cover and place in the freezer until ready to serve.

    Wash the mint, dry, tear leaves, and finely grind with mint liqueur in a mortar.

    For serving, briefly warm the mold in water, pour out, and spread with mint.
