Spicy Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 dried red chili pepper
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Nectarine
  • 2 plums
  • 100 g berries (blackberries and raspberries)
  • 100 g blue grapes (pitted if desired)

Instructions

    Heat the chili pepper with star anise, cinnamon, a pinch of pepper, vanilla sugar, apple juice, and lemon juice without boiling.

    Wash, halve, pit, and slice the nectarine and plums. Wash berries, rinse, and drain. Wash grapes and peel if desired.

    Combine fruits in a bowl and pour the hot mixture over them. Let stand for about 15 minutes and serve in glasses as desired.
