Ingredients
- 200 g shrimp (in brine)
- 200 g block mild cheese (e.g., Gouda)
- 3 spring onions
- 2 EL plain yogurt
- 1 TL vegetable oil
- 1 EL white wine vinegar
- paprika powder (sweet)
- Salt
- sugar
- chili flakes (as desired)
- 250 g filo dough
- 50 g soft butter

Drain the shrimp for the filling. Cut the cheese into even small cubes. Clean and slice the spring onions into fine rings.

For the marination whisk together yogurt, oil, and vinegar well. Season with paprika powder, salt, sugar, and chili. Mix in the shrimp, cheese cubes, and spring onions thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C for the cornets. Carefully separate the filo dough and brush with butter. Bake spread out in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove, stack 3–4 sheets of dough, place a bit of filling in the center, and roll into cornets.
