Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast fillet (cut diagonally into slices)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 tsp mild chili powder
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced into strips)
- 2 tortilla sheets (wraps)
- 50 g Baby Spinach
- coriander (freshly chopped)
- 100 g yogurt
Instructions

Combine chicken pieces with lime juice, chili powder and garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken on both sides for several minutes until cooked through.

Sauté pepper strips in a non‑stick pan without added fat.

Warm tortillas according to package instructions.

Distribute chicken, spinach, and pepper strips in the center of each wrap.

Sprinkle with coriander, drizzle yogurt over the filling, roll up, then cut into two pieces.
