Vegetable Balls

Whether warm or cold, the vegetable balls from Spoonsparrow taste wonderfully delicious!

Ingredients

  • 250 g cauliflower
  • 450 g potatoes
  • 150 g chickpea flour
  • 26 stems coriander
  • 1 tsp garam masala (Indian spice blend)
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 300 ml oil (for frying)

Instructions

    Clean and wash the cauliflower, cut into pieces. Wash, peel, quarter the potatoes, cook both for 15 minutes, then mash with a potato press and transfer dough to a bowl.

    Finely chop coriander leaves, mix with chickpea flour, garam masala, pepper and salt. Form 20-24 balls from the mixture and place on a plate.

    Heat oil in a pot until very hot, fry the vegetable balls in batches until golden yellow, drain on kitchen paper.
