Spicy Carrot Juice

Spicy carrot juice from Spoonsparrow: Carrots contain a lot of beta-carotene, which protects our cells from damage
Ingredients
- 0.5 small lime
- 1 stalk Coriander
- 0.5 tsp mild curry powder
- 0.5 tsp hot curry powder
- 150 ml carrot juice
- 30 ml milk (1.5 %; best UHT milk)
Instructions

Squeeze half the lime.

Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.

Mix mild and hot curry powder in a small bowl.

Combine carrot juice and lime juice with 2/3 of the curry mixture in a tall container and briefly blend with an immersion blender.

Mix the remaining curry mixture with the milk and process with a milk frother into fine-pored, stiff foam. Pour carrot juice into a tall glass, place the curry foam on top with a spoon, sprinkle with coriander and enjoy.
