The perfect start to the day with an extra dose of energy: Try the plum-date shake with spices from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 100 g plums
  • 5 dried dates (40 g)
  • 400 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 15 g brown almond butter (1 tbsp)
  • 50 g rolled oats (5 tbsp)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

    Wash and clean the plums. Pit and roughly chop the plums and dates.

    Combine with almond drink, almond butter, oats, and spices in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Fill breakfast drinks into prepared glasses and serve.
