Ingredients

  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 pecan nuts
  • 50 ml low-fat milk
  • 100 ml tomato juice
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 thyme sprig

Instructions

    Wash carrots and juice half of them. Chop pecans and stir in. Add milk and tomato juice, whisk well.

    Season with Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Tear a few thyme leaves from the stem and mix into the juice blend.

    Pour carrot-milk mixture into a tall glass, garnish with remaining carrot half and thyme sprig.
