The Low-Carb Grapefruit Drink by Spoonsparrow is figure-friendly and simply tasty.
Ingredients
- 300 g grapefruit (1 grapefruit)
- 1 Lime
- liquid sweetener (to taste)
- 100 ml sparkling mineral water
- 1 sprig mint
- crushed ice
Instructions

Peel the grapefruit and lime with a sharp knife and cut out the fruit segments. Squeeze juice from the remaining flesh and collect it.

Fill two glasses about halfway with ice.

Season the fruit juice with sweetener to taste, distribute the fruit segments over the glasses, and top up with sparkling mineral water.

Wash the mint, dry it by shaking, and pluck off the leaves. Garnish the drinks with them.
