Ingredients
- 300 g black currants
- 1 tsp anise seeds
- 2 mint sprigs
- 150 g sugar
- 0.7 l Korn (rye spirit)
Instructions

Wash, clean, and mash the currants with a fork.

Place the currant mash with anise seeds, mint, and sugar in a large vessel, add the Korn. Seal the vessel and let it steep for 3 weeks in a dark, cool place, stirring occasionally.

Strain the finished liqueur through a fine sieve and filter. Fill decorative bottles with the liqueur.
