Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 200 g ground almonds
- 175 g soft butter
- 125 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice
- sugar-cinnamon mixture
Instructions

Knead flour, almonds, butter, sugar, egg yolks and gingerbread spice into a smooth dough. Chill for 30 minutes.

Pinch walnut-sized pieces from the dough, roll between palms into slightly bent twists, place on greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (middle rack) for about 10 minutes. While still warm, coat twists with sugar-cinnamon mixture.
