Ingredients
- 180 g butter
- 50 g tahini (sesame paste)
- 100 g raw cane sugar
- Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 400 g spelt flour type 1050
- 75 g cocoa powder (strongly defatted)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g white chocolate
- 2 tbsp black sesame (10 g)
Instructions

Beat butter with tahini, sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy; fold in the eggs one at a time.

Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder; stir into the batter.

Line two baking trays with parchment paper. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls spaced widely apart.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas 2–3) for 12–15 minutes. Remove, lift from tray with parchment and cool.

Coarsely chop white chocolate and melt over a water bath. Decorate cookies as desired, sprinkle black sesame and let the chocolate set.
