Ingredients
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 100 g Mascarpone
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 6 spekulatius cookies
- 100 g amaretti cherries (jar, with liquid)

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it over a hot but not boiling water bath; remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm.

Stir the mascarpone into the melted chocolate. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.

Crush the spekulatius cookies and distribute them among four dessert glasses. Scatter a few cherries with a little juice on top and cover with half of the cream. Add more cherries with a splash of liquid, then finish with the remaining cream.

Garnish with crushed spekulatius and a cherry, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
