Ingredients
- 300 g mascarpone
- 125 g Apple sauce
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 200 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 125 ml milk
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 30 Ladyfingers
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions

Whisk the mascarpone until smooth. Add the apple sauce, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and mix well. Beat the heavy cream stiffly and fold it in gradually. Mix the milk with ½ tsp cinnamon.

Soak the ladyfingers in the milk‑cinnamon mixture and layer them with the cream in a dish, finishing with a top layer of cream. Chill for at least 2 hours. Dust with cinnamon before serving.
