Tiramisu with Summer Berries

The Tiramisu with summer berries from Spoonsparrow is always delicious!

Ingredients

  • 150 g blueberries
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g ladyfingers
  • 100 ml filtered coffee (cooled)
  • 500 g Low-fat quark
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Wash and drain the berries. Clean the strawberries and cut them into quarters.

    Place the ladyfingers side by side in a rectangular baking dish (20 x 30 cm) and drizzle with coffee.

  3. 3.

    Stir the quark with apple juice and honey. Fold in mascarpone and yogurt. Spread the mixture over the soaked ladyfingers and smooth it out.

    Arrange the fruit on top and refrigerate for at least one hour.
