Kiwi Cocktail

Ingredients

• 4 kiwis
• 6 tbsp crushed ice
• 40 ml kiwi liqueur
• 120 ml white rum
• 30 ml simple syrup
• 40 ml lime juice

Instructions

1. 1.

   Peel the kiwis, cut them into small pieces, and thread a few pieces onto each of four small straws. In a blender combine the remaining kiwis with crushed ice and kiwi liqueur and blend until thick.

   Add the rum, simple syrup, and lime juice to the blender and mix briefly. Pour the mixture evenly into four glasses.

   Top each glass with the kiwi puree, garnish with a kiwi piece on each straw, add a cocktail stir stick, and decorate with a heart-shaped charm.
