Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tsp oil
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil
- 0.5 bunch oregano
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic; sauté in oil. Wash the tomatoes, roughly cube them, and add to the pan.

Finely chop the basil and oregano; stir in half of them, season with salt and pepper, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Then strain through a fine sieve. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

Reheat the sauce, add the remaining herbs, plate the noodles, pour sauce over, and sprinkle with parmesan.
