Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes
- 2 white onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 tsp butter
- 30 g fresh parmesan (finely grated)

Wash the tomatoes, blanch them, halve, core and dice. Peel and cube the onions. Heat 4 tbsp olive oil in a pot and sauté the onions until golden yellow. Add the tomatoes and cook while stirring. Cover, stir in 1 tsp sugar and simmer on low heat for about 5-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the butter.

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water to al dente, drain, plate, pour sauce over it, sprinkle with parsley and grated parmesan, and serve immediately.
