Spaghetti with spicy kale sauce from Spoonsparrow taste not only for dinner!
Ingredients
- 400 g kale
- Salt
- 2 shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 20 g black olives (pitted)
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Wash, trim and blanch the kale in salted water for about 5 minutes. Then shock it in cold water, drain and finely chop. Peel and dice the shallots. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Sauté both briefly in hot olive oil. Add the kale and deglaze with a little broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes, adding more broth as needed.

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Finely chop the capers, pickled cucumbers and olives. Mix them into the kale and season with salt and pepper. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce and serve.
