Spaghetti with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g pre-cooked shrimp
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper
- a splash of dry white wine
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Peel the garlic and slice into thin rounds.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the shrimp for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper, add the garlic and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes, wine, and broth; let simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Drain the spaghetti and toss it with the shrimp mixture. Season further with salt and pepper. Wash the herbs, shake dry, chop leaves, and fold into the pasta. Plate the spaghetti on four bowls or plates.
