Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (from the jar)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 3 tbsp chervil

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in the butter. Add the peas, season with salt and pepper, pour in the broth, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, drain well. Slice the salmon into coarse strips and finely chop the chervil. Mix the peas with cream and horseradish, bring to a boil once, remove from heat, and bind with the egg yolk. Stir in the salmon and two-thirds of the chervil, combine with the pasta, and finish with the remaining chervil.
