Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 4 EL Olive oil
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 1 peperoncino
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the spaghetti.

    Peel and chop the garlic.

  3. 3.

    Wash the peperoncini, slit lengthwise, seed them, remove all white membranes, and finely dice them.

    Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and peperoncini

    and sauté lightly so the garlic does not become bitter.

    Remove the pan from heat.

    Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook "al dente" according to package instructions.

    Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop them.

    Just before the spaghetti is done, reheat the pan, add 3-4 EL pasta water and stir.

    Drain the spaghetti in a colander, transfer it to the pan, season with salt and pepper.

    Serve immediately on preheated plates.
