Spaghetti with Oven-Baked Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp Capers
- 2 anchovies
- 1 tbsp green olives (pitted)
- Sea salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Peel and finely chop onion and garlic.

Heat tomatoes briefly, then shock in cold water, peel, quarter, deseed, and dice.

Finely chop capers, anchovies, and olives together; mix with spaghetti, onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Place mixture on four squares of parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, fold over to form sealed packets so the packaging is tight. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
