Ingredients

  • 350 g linguine
  • Salz
  • 150 g green olives
  • 150 g black olives (pitted)
  • 2 handfuls parsley
  • 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)','50 ml olive oil','Pfeffer

    Cook the linguine in salted water until al dente.

    Meanwhile, drain the olives and let them dry. Rinse the parsley and shake off excess moisture. Strip the leaves from the stems and roughly chop them. Fry the shrimp in 1 tbsp olive oil for about 2 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and mix it with the remaining oil and olives. Plate the pasta, sprinkle parsley over it, and top with the shrimp.
