Spaghetti with Herb Soy Cream

Spaghetti topped with a creamy soy sauce and smoked tofu, enriched in two ways: liquid as a cream and solid as tofu.

Ingredients

  • 150 g smoked tofu
  • 25 g parmesan (1 piece)
  • 3 Stalks Parsley
  • 150 g whole wheat linguine
  • Salt
  • 15 g Butter (1 tbsp)
  • 150 ml soy cream
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.

    Grate the cheese finely.

  3. 3.

    Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves and roughly chop.

  4. 4.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Meanwhile, let the butter foam in a pan and fry the tofu for 1-2 minutes.

    Pour in the soy cream, add parsley and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes.

    Drain the pasta well. Mix with the sauce, stir in the cheese, season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
