Ingredients

  • 400 g bulgur
  • 800 ml milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 peach
  • 400 g fresh berries (strawberries, currants, blueberries)
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Bring the milk with honey and split vanilla pod to a boil, add the bulgur and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes until it absorbs. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm. Remove the vanilla pod again.

    Wash the fruit, steep the peach in hot water if desired, cool, peel and dice. Cut strawberries into small pieces and mix everything with the bulgur. Serve garnished with mint.
