Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (or 3 Turkish cucumbers)
- 800 g yogurt
- Salt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp dill (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- mint (for garnish)
- grilled flatbread
Instructions

Peel, deseed and finely dice the cucumbers. Mix with yogurt, 0.25 l cold water, garlic and 1 tsp salt.

Fold in parsley and dill, then transfer to a glass jar. Sprinkle walnuts on top, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with mint, and serve with grilled flatbread if desired.
