- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 250 g mixed ground meat
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 500 g spaghetti
- 1 can (large, 480 g) peeled tomatoes
- Salt
- ground pepper

Peel and dice the onion. Slice the pepper and remove seeds. Dice the pepper finely. Heat olive oil. Rinse rosemary and pluck needles from stems. Brown ground meat in oil until crumbly. Add onion, pepper, and rosemary to sauté. Stir in tomato paste and add peeled tomatoes with liquid. Smash tomatoes with a cooking spoon. Reduce everything into a thick sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let rest, then mix with the ground meat tomato sauce.
