Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 200 g cooked ham slices (without fat edge)
- 300 g small zucchini (2 small zucchinis)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Cut the ham into about 1.5 cm pieces.

Clean and wash the zucchini, then use a vegetable peeler to cut strips; halve or quarter them as desired.

Heat butter and olive oil in a pan. Sauté the pasta, then add the ham and zucchini, stir briefly, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
