Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 125 ml red wine
- 125 ml meat broth
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g ground beef (from veal)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 400 g spaghetti
- 50 g parmesan (block)
- Salt
- ground pepper

Clean and peel the carrot and celery, then dice them very finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat oil, sauté onions and pressed garlic, add vegetables and fry briefly. Add ground beef in portions, cook on high heat until crumbly while stirring. Pour in wine and meat broth. Season with salt and pepper, stir in tomato paste and peeled tomatoes, then simmer gently for about 1 hour.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, let stand, and arrange on plates. Ladle sauce over the pasta, garnish with marjoram, and sprinkle grated parmesan before serving.
