Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 600 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 60 g small pickled capers
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 bunch Basil
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

Meanwhile wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Mix vinegar with mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper; whisk in the oil, stir in onions and garlic, then combine with the tomatoes.

Arrange spaghetti on a plate, top with tomatoes, sprinkle capers, and garnish with basil before serving.
