- 500 g penne
- 500 g Zucchini (cut into thin strips)
- 500 g Carrots (cut into thin strips)
- 50 g Pine nuts (roasted)
- 80 g Parmesan (coarsely grated)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Basil (cut into thin strips)
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Sauté carrots and zucchini in hot oil for about 8 minutes, press in the garlic, combine with the Penne, then stir in Parmesan, pine nuts, basil, and 2 tbsp olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
