  • 1 Mango
  • 1 TL sugar
  • 2 TL lemon juice
  • 200 g soy yogurt alternative
  • 200 ml vanilla soy drink (soy milk)
  • 1 handful ice cubes

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Blend together with the sugar, lemon juice, soy yogurt, soy milk, and ice cubes until smooth.
