Ingredients

  • 300 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.5 Vanilla pod
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 400 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
  • 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Instructions

    Thaw or wash the blueberries and let them drain.

    Slice the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.

  3. 3.

    Blend the blueberries with lemon juice, honey, vanilla seeds, yogurt, and milk until smooth and pour into 4 glasses.
