Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 4 sprigs mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the mangos using a vegetable peeler, cut out the flesh from the pit, chop into small pieces and put them in a blender.

    Peel the banana, roughly cube it and add to the blender. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice in as well. Add sugar and yogurt and blend until smooth.

    Slowly pour up to 400 ml cold water into the mixture until the desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust if needed. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
