Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 young garlic clove
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 5 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 pinch sugar

Instructions

    Peel the onion and garlic. Dice the onion finely, press or grate the garlic with a pinch of salt using the back of a strong knife.

    Bring some water to boil in a small pot and briefly cook the onion cubes. Drain them onto a sieve, rinse cold, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Mix all ingredients for the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Cover the dip and let it chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
